Why blogging?

why blog? Its been a long time since I thought of laying my hands on writing, and was tempted to blog especially after seeing most of my friends do.

So here I am with one small introductory post for my first blog.
Recently I saw one of my friend mentioning in her blog about Gen Y which brought me flashing memory of one forwarded mail about Gen Y.. Read on to find out Y the Y-Factor is creating a lot of hues and cries, Presenting The Gen Y!!

The Silent generation, people born before 1946.

The Baby Boomers, people born between 1946 and 1959.

Generation X, people born between 1960 and 1978.

Generation Y, people born between 1979 and 2008.

Why do we call the last one generation Y?
